Order Status: 

You may check the status of your order at any time by calling 812-936-4411.

Order Cancellation:

You may not cancel your order after payment.  All orders must be paid for in advance.  Please inquire at store if special circumstances. 

Returns/Refunds:

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt.  The items must be in like new condition.  Custom, special-order, heavily used products may be non-returnable.  For questions on returns, call 812-936-4411.

Be sure to have a copy of your receipt for any returns.

Payment:

The following credit cards are accepted online:  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

If you have a house charge account with Springs Valley Supply, online payments can be made if you sign up and establish a password. 

Pickup:

Springs Valley Supply will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup.  When you arrive, please call 812-936-4411 and let us know you are here.

Shipping:

Your privacy is important to Springs Valley Supply.  You may visit our website anonymously.  We collect information from you only when you register on the site, place an order, sign up, fill out a form, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in other site features.  When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information.  We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  Credit card information is processed by a third-party processor.
